2. **Use it daily for two weeks** before adding anything else.
3. **Once it's habit, layer in a research tool** (deep research mode or NotebookLM).

After six months you'll have a stack that fits how you actually work. After twelve months you'll wonder how anyone got anything done before.

## The honest caveats

A few things to keep in mind:

- **AI is not a substitute for clear thinking.** A bad meeting summarized perfectly is still a bad meeting. A poorly scoped task automated reliably is still a poorly scoped task.
- **Privacy matters.** Every tool above touches sensitive data. Read each vendor's data retention and training policies, and use paid tiers (which generally don't train on your data).
